Reliable for professional supplies

This was my third order from Jeikner, and once again, they delivered. I needed some Händedesinfektion and Flächendesinfektion, plus a couple of rolls of Handtuchpapier for my office. The ordering process was smooth, as always. I used my business account, and it was quick to reorder previous items. Shipping took 6 days this time, which is consistent with my past experiences. Everything arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. Their range of professional cleaning supplies is hard to beat, and the quality is always there. I'll definitely be back for more.

Ordered a new Nass-Trockensauger

I recently bought a Nass-Trockensauger from Jeikner for our workshop. The website was easy to navigate, and finding the right model was straightforward. I had a quick question about accessories, and their customer service responded via email within a few hours, which was helpful. The vacuum itself arrived in about 7 days after placing the order. It was well-protected in its packaging. Setting it up was simple, and it works powerfully, just as advertised. The suction is strong, and it handles both wet and dry debris effectively. My only minor feedback is that the user manual could be a bit clearer on some of the maintenance points. Overall, a good purchase.

Good for equipment, slow shipping

I ordered a new set of Fensterwischer and some Glasreiniger Konzentrat a few weeks ago. The equipment itself seems solid and professional-grade, just what I needed for my small business. Prices were competitive, which was a big plus. My main gripe is that delivery took about 8 days to get to me in Berlin, which felt a bit long. It would be great if shipping could be sped up a little, especially for essential items.
